Our Handy Guide to AirSyntex Air Filters

Our expert team here at CFP are committed to providing outstanding air filtration systems, helping you to improve Indoor Air Quality. Whether you work in retail, medicine, hospitality or business, we offer excellent air filtration solutions, ensuring a pleasant environment for employees, customers and visitors to your business.  With a vast range of filtration solutions to choose from, it can be difficult to find the right one for you and your business.

Here’s a quick guide to our AirSyntex M5 – F9 Air Filter range, a leading choice for a fully compliant, clean air solution.

So, how do panel filters work?

Our AirSyntex Air Filters offers a two stage air filtration process ensuring consistent performance. The two stage filtration process begins with the air passing through glass fibre which is filtered for a second time through synthetic fibre for maximum air quality. The filters also offer a high dust holding capacity from the vertical open panels provided.

Our AirSyntex M5 – F9 Air Filters achieve ePM10 55% – ePM1 80%, helping you to deliver consistent energy efficient performance.

What are air filters used for?

Our AirSyntex M5–F9 Air Filters offers high filtration and high dust holding capacity, making them a popular air filtration solution for many industries. The filters are also used across a number of environments including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, hospitality and education, for guaranteed air quality. They also offer heat ventilation and air conditioning devices suitable for engineering and food industries. AirSyntex Air Filters are the leading choice for a fully compliant, clean air solution.

What are they made from?

Our AirSyntex M5 – F9 Panel Filters are made with metal or plastic frames with an option to have a foamed hygiene-gasket. The plastic frames that we offer are Oeko-Tex approved, meaning they are environmentally friendly and can be incinerated rather than going to a landfill. The filters use glass fibre and environmentally safe non-shedding synthetics fibres.

Benefits of AirSyntex Air Filters

Excellent service life- The tight woven, ultra-fine fibre structure with two stage filtration ensures high dust holding capacity for longer service life with a low initial and average pressure drop, saving time, energy and reducing costs.

Environmentally friendly- AirSyntex are Oeko-Tex 100 approved, meaning they are free from harmful substances and skin irritant. The plastic frame option offers the additional benefit of being fully incinerable eliminating the need for landfill.

Tested according to ISO 16890, EN 779:2012 and Eurovent approved

With third party Eurovent approval, ISO 16890 – EN 779:2012 certification you can be confident that AirSyntex will perform consistently at the specified energy and performance standards. In addition to this they are tested to fire prevention requirements DIN 53438-3 (F1).
