There have been celebrations at CFP HQ recently as Customer Service Administrator Liam passed his driving test!
Having joined the company back in 2014 as an apprentice, Liam has gone from strength to strength with CFP, taking ownership of processing and dispatch and often being the primary point of contact for many of our customers.
Already dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, Liam is looking forward to seeing more customers in and around the UK.
He says: “I’ve always really enjoyed getting to know the customers and helping them with all their filter requirements. Driving will allow me to now visit them directly when required, getting more involved in site visits and getting stuck in with the raft of on-site services we offer.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing the different environments too, from hospitals to commercial offices, to shopping centres, hotels and even research labs!”
