An internationally recognised quality management standard, ISO 9001 has been updated to reflect today’s service-led business environment and make sure companies like ours continue to meet their customers’ needs.
Accredited companies have until September 2018 to transition to the new arrangements but as a proactive and highly professional air filter management company, we were keen to meet the new criteria as soon as we could.
Following Quay’s extensive review of our quality management processes and procedures, CFP was judged to have met the updated standards for approved management systems for “The Supply, Fit and Installation of Filter Products and the Cleaning of Extraction and Ventilation Systems”.
This accreditation plays a real part in improving how we run our business and has significant benefits for customers including:
