The CFPDirect Compact Rigid Bag has been engineered to provide high efficiency filtration combined with optimum performance and extended service life. Making it is an ideal choice in variable or high air volume systems. Being totally rigid, it's performance is not affected by changes in air velocities or continual system shut-down and start-ups. With the high surface area to depth ratio offering the optimum amount of effective filter media.
The filter media used in the CFPDirect Compact Rigid Bag consists of high performance fully synthetic polypropylene fibres enclosed in an ultrasonically welded plastic frame. The media is constructed in a compact pleated vee formation which allow the filter to handle high and variable air volumes with the added benefits of exceptionally high dust holding capacity and extended service life with a final recommended resistance of 650Pa. Additional advantages of the synthetic and plastic construction are as follows: 1, Flame resistance to DIN 534338, F1 2, Operating performance up to 800C and 100% relative humidity 3, Friendly on the Environment the filters are fully incinerable reducing the need for landfill disposal! The Compact Rigid Bag is available in on 20 and 25mm headers and is designed to be fully interchangeable with existing bag filters housings.
