Manufactured from high grade galvanised steel, the outer framework
is supported with a heavy duty back-mesh steel grid. CFPDirect pad frames are for use with a variety of disposable pads ranging from glass fibre to inherently fire resistant synthetic fiber. CFPDirect pad frames and pads are selected for a variety of air conditioning applications. Available in 8mm to 100mm depth.

SM4 in 45mm and 20mm are specifically developed synthetic fibres built up with a gradual density structure. This structure assists in achieving high dust holding capacities. The fibres are thermally bonded, providing added strength. Both grades are colour coded - blue for air inlet face and white for air leaving face. Both are available in standard sizes or
in roll form, in lengths of 10 and 20 meters.

Synthetic & fibre glass media's are specifically developed for optimum filtration and are built up with a gradual density structure. This structure assists in achieving high dust holding capacities. With the fibre's thermal bonding, providing added strength.

Technical Information

Synthetic Filter Media

All CFPDirect synthetic Filter Media consists of manmade polyester fibres and comply with the standard DIN 53438 flame retardancy.

Fibre Glass Filter Media

All CFPDirect Fibre Glass Media is manufactured from continuous monofilament glass fibre with a thermosetting resin and of graduated density for high dust holding capacity.

Fire Resistance

The temperature resistance for all CFPDirect's synthetic and fibre glass products are 100oC for continuous operation and 120oC for short peaks.

Constructed of a self supporting internal frame with cross members every 300mm and covered by high capacity synthetic and
polyurethane media.

Internal self-supporting frame eliminates the need for bottle cap or die cut faceplate and exposes 100% of the panel face for filtering purposes.

Constructed of synthetic and polyurethane media, the filters are unaffected by extreme of temperature and humidity.
